Seems every summer goes by just a bit faster than the year before. Summertime is what I enjoy the most, I like the hot weather… its good for my bones and good for my soul. It makes me happy all the time
One of my passions...has been for quite some time is gardening...got it from my mom and from my grandma...peaceful way to spend a few hours of every day. I do it every morning...before the kids are up...after Mike has left for work. This is my mulberry bush..yummy can you tell?
My blueberry bush makes sure to keep me healthy…I got a fourth of cup of berries every day for all of July and August…lucky girl I am!
My lilies are by the front porch and they just always make you smile...don’t you think? I have over 1 thousand flowers, shrubs and trees...I only plant perennials, spread a lil magic, and they all grow a lot! You should come see my garden...it is beautiful and I am proud of it:)
When I am busy losing my mind in the yard...its always nice to look up and see this smiling my way “hey mom, going to the beach, see you later”...one of my all time favorite summertime things…
In the back yard on any given morning...I have birds in the pond, quails on the brick wall...and my cat Willow ready to prance whenever he can. You would think the birds would learn…they don’t
Warms my heart to see Chloe still play with the neighbor kids...a good day at Sanders Beach is another one of my favorite things.
I could spend all day at the Sanders beach...its my all time favorite thing in the summertime in CDA...reminds me of my childhood…in a good way…
